Our Initiatives

The Bunny Project
The Bunny Project focuses on rabbit rearing with the primary goal of producing dung and urine for the creation of organic fertilizers and pesticides. We launched this initiative with 10 model smallholder farmers, who were trained in both rabbit care and the collection of dung and urine.
Our model farmers use the collected rabbit dung and urine on their gardens, which has shown to significantly improve yields through our trials. Any excess dung and urine are purchased from the farmers by our organization, which we then resell to large-scale farmers. This model allows smallholder farmers to boost their income not only through increased harvests but also through the sale of surplus dung and urine.

The project offers comprehensive training in rabbit care, sustainable collection methods, and how to maximize the use of organic fertilizers. By using this approach, we aim to empower smallholder farmers to achieve higher yields while contributing to sustainable agricultural practices.
Clean Sprout Pesticides
Project
The Clean Sprout Pesticides Project focuses on developing organic, eco-friendly pesticides using natural ingredients, including rabbit urine.
This urine is sourced from smallholder model farmers who rear rabbits, ensuring a sustainable and community-driven supply chain. The organic pesticides are sold to farmers at affordable prices, promoting environmentally friendly agricultural practices. By using organic inputs, this project not only supports smallholder farmers but also helps protect the environment by reducing the reliance on harmful chemical pesticides.
Small Village Irrigation Project
The proposed Small Village Irrigation Project aims to address water scarcity in rural areas by providing sustainable and efficient irrigation solutions to smallholder farmers.
This project will implement low-cost, gravity-fed drip irrigation systems and solar-powered water pumps to ensure that even in water-limited regions, farmers can maintain crop production year-round.
Sound the Climate Alarm Project with Jiselle House of Creatives
Sound the Climate Alarm project aims at empowering communities to raise awareness about climate change through active engagement such as raising the voices and speaking against any forms of actions that are contributing to the climate change situation, we are also using artistic expressions to create awareness about the urgent need for climate action in Uganda and the rest of the world.

The project intends to organize annual musical events where we host performances that highlight climate change issues and inspire collective action, using music as a medium to engage and unite community members.

By December 2025, the project will have a fully furnished music studio where youth will record music about climate.

Sound the Climate Alarm aims to create a powerful movement that amplifies community voices, driving home the urgent need for action against climate while fostering creativity and collaboration among participants.
Community Plastic collection centers
The Small Village Clean Gardening Initiative is establishing plastic collection centers where villagers can deposit their plastic waste, and where youth plastic gatherers from the villages can drop off the plastic they collect.
We are actively engaging the entire rural community to address plastic pollution by sharing information on proper plastic waste disposal, as poor disposal habits are widespread among all community members.
The youth who collect plastic waste are paid based on the amount they deposit at the collection centers, and we recover these payments from the recycling plants upon delivery of the collected waste. From there, we transport the waste to recycling plants, retrieving plastic waste that could remain in the soil for up to 1,000 years, making it unfit for farming.
By restoring lost arable land, we aim to increase food production and improve the environment.
